• Be a true leader to a diverse team of mechanics (scooter repairs) and warehouse workers.
• Recruit amp; train your team members to ensure the best performance and spirit.
• Work directly with your staff on the ground.
• Organize scheduling, attendance, and general administration of your team.
• Ensure smooth operations across two Tricity warehouses.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality both in the workplace environment and on the vehicles repaired.
• Determine and track important warehouse KPIs and employee performance.
• Optimize your operations using Lean management principles, run experiments, measure results, and repeat.
• Work hand in hand with HQ in Amsterdam to translate your ideas into product changes.

What you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, retail, logistics, transportation or operations management.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Data based decision making. Be able to justify your decisions to your team and measure the results. Strong analytical/Excel skills are a big plus.
• Being hands-on and leading by example. Don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Entrepreneurship mentality. Make decisions, learn from your experience and repeat.
