To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for a Business Process Consultant.
Your new role
As a Business Process Consultant, you play a pivotal role in bringing New10 to the next level of scalable growth. By identifying, analysing and registering business processes you lead the way for further process improvement and optimization. Your scope is organization-wide, ensuring you will come across the wide variety of colleagues of New10 and not only focus on customer processes but also on for example change, finance and governance processes. You will become part of the Finance amp; Business Process Management team, and work closely together with the ABN AMRO BPM expertise center.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Identifying and documenting all end-to-end processes at New10
- Adding structure and bringing BPM to the next level through continuous improvement
- Initiate BPM governance throughout the entire company and help colleagues to understand the processes
- Collaborate closely with New10 Operations, Products and Tech teams as well as other relevant stakeholders
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has...
- Proven experience as a business process consultant or in a similar role
- An active communication style and knows how to engage the rest of the company
- A good understanding on documenting and visualising processes in an efficient way, explainable to a wide group of stakeholders
- Track record of data-driven process improvements, preferably in a fast-changing and complex working environment
- Interest in learning what data can do in terms of process identification and improvement
- You are fluent in the English language, both in writing and speaking
