Key responsibilities:

You will be leading a team specializing in expanding our brands (GreenMatch, Boiler Guide amp; HouseHoldQuotes) into new niches. You will be managing a team of SEO specialists and writers.

You will be presented with a process, plan and strategy - your task would be to execute this with your new team in an efficient and scalable manner. Reporting directly to our Search Director at Leads.io. Leads.io is a fast changing environment, and as our business grows this team will also grow in people and tasks. This would offer opportunities for personal growth.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Managing a team of SEO-specialists
  • Executing the SEO-strategy through coordinating SEO specialists and content writers
  • Monitoring progress through set KPIs
  • Keeping stakeholders informed
  • Improving collaboration and processes within the team
  • Set objectives and goals with people and monitor their progress
  • Quality control

  • You’re structured, analytical and experienced with project management
  • You’re able to create culture of performance within your team
  • You understands people’s goals and aspirations and take them into account when delegating tasks
  • You’re a strong decision maker and are able to adapt quickly in a fast changing environment.
  • Proven track record as a team leader
