Job Description
Key responsibilities for the Finance Assistant:
- Supporting month end reporting by ensuring supplier and bank postings completed in accordance with group deadlines
- Supporting central AP team with supplier invoice postings and bank reconciliations
- Assisting credit control team with cash collection as required
- Maintaining prepayments and accruals
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing company post and paperwork filing
Focus areas:
- Timely and accurate postings
- Improve working capital by helping to drive on time cash collection from customers
- Maintaining correct balance sheet position
Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work well within a remote team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Computer literacy including excel experience
- Aptitude for learning new skills.
Languages required: Dutch and English
Travel required as part of role: No
Reporting to: European Finance Manager
