The Business Operations Team is thrilled to announce a unique 6-month on-site internship opportunity for students studying Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at our Rotterdam office, where you will play a vital role in shaping the financial operations of a dynamic and innovative company.
As a Financial Operations Intern at Mendix you will focus on setting up a comprehensive multi-year and anniversary purchase orders administration process.

- Multi-Year and Anniversary Purchase Order Administration Process:
- Develop and implement a streamlined process for managing multi-year and anniversary purchase orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Financial Force, SAP, and Zuora applications/systems.
- Establish guidelines for identifying and categorizing multi-year and anniversary subscriptions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Identify subscriptions requiring a Purchase Order (PO).
- Mark customer accounts as "Purchase Order Customers" if they have at least one order requiring a PO.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate detailed reports on multi-year and anniversary purchase orders for comprehensive tracking and analysis.
- Document the established processes, creating a resource for ongoing reference and training.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Familiarity with Financial Force, SAP, and Zuora applications/systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Prepared to work onsite - 3 days a week
