We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team with a primary focus on acquiring new customers within the challenging landscape of C-level executives in hotel chains. As the analytical cornerstone of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our campaigns, tracking ROI, and driving lead generation through LinkedIn.
You Will:
1. Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn campaigns to engage and convert C-level executives within hotel chains.
- Implement strategies to increase brand visibility and drive qualified leads to our sales funnel.
2. Lead Conversion:
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to engage and convert C-level executives within hotel chains to a sales qualified lead (like email campaigns and CRM actions)
3. Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, focusing on ROI, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Collaboration and Strategy:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy with a focus on customer acquisition.
Requirements
About you:
1. Proven Experience:
- Demonstrated success in performance marketing, specifically in B2B lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Track record of managing successful LinkedIn campaigns targeting C-level executives.
- Track record of managing successful email CRM campaigns
2. Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
3. Digital Marketing Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the realm of LinkedIn advertising.
4. Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling and targeted marketing content.
5. Adaptability:
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies to meet changing market and business needs.
