- You will strengthen client relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical and non-technical, to drive project success by ensuring delivery within scope.

Your team
You will join our Professional Services amp; Impact team as our new Senior Software Project Manager.
You will closely work with and report to Arthur who is the Director of Professional Services amp; Impact. You will also cooperate with Ragnar, our Director of Product, and Rintse, our Director of Business.

Your impact
- You will take charge of complex enterprise projects, providing strategic direction, setting objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of technical projects.
- You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and consistently delivering value to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- You will identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track, resolving challenges efficiently to ensure successful project outcomes.
- You will identify opportunities for process enhancement, efficiency improvements, and the implementation of best practices, contributing to the overall success of technical projects.
Your skills
- You have minimum of 5 years as a Software Project Manager, showcasing a successful track record in leading and delivering complex software projects.
- You have a solid understanding of software development, system architecture as well as professional services delivered alongside software.
- You are proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, ensuring the successful delivery of technical projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
- You have exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to comprehend and address client needs, especially in the context of technical requirements, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, and the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- You are a proficient speaker of both English and Arabic.
Requirements
- We strongly prefer on-site candidates who live in Amsterdam or the Netherlands. However, we are open to remote applicants who will make intermittent trips to Amsterdam from cities within the Netherlands.
- We accept applications on a rolling basis, and we envision a start date sometime in March 2024.
