We are on a quest to transform the financing ecosystem by using the speed and innovative strength of a fintech with the expertise and funding of a bank to deliver a fast, simple, and clear financing experience to SME businesses. To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for a financial risk specialist.
Requirements
Your new role
As financial risk specialist you will be responsible for managing the financial risk of New10 and you are responsible for changes to the credit life cycle.
In particular, you will:
- Monitor the financial risks in portfolio meetings and in the risk report
- Support writing of the yearly portfolio review
- Give business input to the data/modelling team for the models we use
- Improve the way we monitor our clients
- Align with the central (regulatory) programs, projects and 2nd Line of Defence of ABN AMRO
- Implement central (regulatory) programs within New10 (for example sustainable finance regulation and EBA Loan Origination amp; Monitoring (EBA LOM))
- Closely work together with a broad stakeholder field, including New10’s Tech, Care and Sales departments
We’re looking for someone who has..
- A University degree in Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Quantitative Risk Management, Mathematics, or something similar
- Affinity with regulations such as EBA LOM and CRR
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Great interest in financial sector / banking
- The ability to analyse data, and formulate opinions and advice based on this
