Marketing Operations Internship (Sustainability)
GRESB, Netherlands

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic intern to join our small marketing, events and communications team. Your role will provide you with a broad range of marketing and communications experience and help you develop your professional skills and competencies. GRESB is a mission-driven and industry-led organisation that provides actionable and transparent environmental, social and governance (ESG) data to financial markets. We collect, validate, score and benchmark ESG data to provide business intelligence, engagement tools, and regulatory reporting solutions for investors, asset managers and the wider industry.

Start date of internship is Jan/Feb 2024, for a period of 4-6 months.Please submit a motivation letter along with your CV.

• Improving and maintaining the gresb.com website (Wordpress)
• Supporting the use of Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (integrated marketing tool)
• Supporting sales by creating segmentation lists, dashboards, and reports (Salesforce and Google Analytics)
• Supporting the development of guidance, marketing and sales content for GRESB products
• Market research
• Responsible for marketing/comms/events related helpdesk entries

Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to Business, Management, Administration, Communications, Environmental Science and/or Policy; OR:
• You study Business Economics, Finance, Finance, Engineering, Environmental studies or related and are passionate about Sustainability and ESG issues.
• You have excellent collaboration skills with a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
• You are very well organized and detail oriented, and able to work in a busy, international environment;
• You have a high degree of comfort using common software packages and online tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Experience of using design software, Wordpress is a plus; CSS is plus;
• Knowledge of other languages is desirable, but not required.
• Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas for this role. You must already possess the right to work in the Netherlands.
