What the role is about
It's our goal to assure a great service level to our existing portfolio of resellers, and to get even more partners selling CLUSE. That is why we are currently looking for a new B2B Sales Support employee. The B2B department consists of a young and vibrant team, working at our headquarters in Amsterdam. In this team, you will have a dynamic role in which you will be mainly responsible for your own portfolio of B2B customers and in charge of their order management process: from the onboarding of new customers, to the assistance in their order placements, and invoicing, among others. Furthermore, you will help us obtain our growth ambitions. You will play a key role in providing a great customer experience to our B2B partners. But you won’t be alone in this! You will cooperate and interact daily with other key departments, such as Logistics, Sales, Finance, and others. From this key position, you will develop a great understanding of the different aspects of the business, that will allow you to provide valuable input to improve existing processes.
