The Job

Onera is hiring a European Sales Director to strengthen the Commercial team. You will lead Onera's sales activities across Europe, with the company entering the next stage of growth. We offer a great opportunity for professional development in an ambitious and fast-growing scale-up.

Key Responsibilities -- What you will do:

  • Lead Onera’s sales activities in Europe
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, including physicians, sleep clinics, and hospitals
  • Facilitate the contracting and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our offerings
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and sales-related MBOs
  • Develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Gather client feedback on service performance and communicate feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and provide regular re-ports on client engagement, revenue, and satisfaction

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

  • You have a degree in business administration, marketing or biomedical engineering
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development
  • You are knowledgeable in sleep medicine and the sleep market in Europe
  • You are well versed in managing the sales process from contact to contract, and beyond, building long-lasting relationships with customers
  • You are passionate about delivering highest value to your customers
  • You have a clear understanding of purchasing processes in the healthcare environment
  • You have a positive attitude, can-do mentality, and flexibility
  • You are an ambitious and results-oriented goal getter
  • You are proficient in English and German (written and spoken, another European language is a strong advantage)
  • You are legally authorized to work in the European Union
