Key Responsibilities -- What you will do:
- Lead Onera’s sales activities in Europe
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, including physicians, sleep clinics, and hospitals
- Facilitate the contracting and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our offerings
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and sales-related MBOs
- Develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Gather client feedback on service performance and communicate feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and provide regular re-ports on client engagement, revenue, and satisfaction
Requirements
What You Will Bring:
- You have a degree in business administration, marketing or biomedical engineering
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development
- You are knowledgeable in sleep medicine and the sleep market in Europe
- You are well versed in managing the sales process from contact to contract, and beyond, building long-lasting relationships with customers
- You are passionate about delivering highest value to your customers
- You have a clear understanding of purchasing processes in the healthcare environment
- You have a positive attitude, can-do mentality, and flexibility
- You are an ambitious and results-oriented goal getter
- You are proficient in English and German (written and spoken, another European language is a strong advantage)
- You are legally authorized to work in the European Union
