Key responsibilities:

Leads.io is on the search for an HR Director to complement our dynamic work environment. In this role, you will be located in our Hoorn office, and report to the Group COO/CFO. The HR Director is responsible for the HR function across the group and primarily responsible for business partnering at Head Office (NL) and other European offices alongside a strong HR BP role in the North-America region (USA amp; Canada)

Other responsibilities are:

  • Being connected with Leads.io business priorities and making compelling proposals
  • Providing strategic advice (solicited and unsolicited) to the CFO and the executive team to address ongoing HR tactical matters including staffing, employee relations, reward issues, performance management, succession planning, training and more.
  • Taking initiates and drives organizational transformation and related people changes, as agreed upon with the Executive team.
  • Drives the development of organizational and individual leadership capability required
  • Owns the annual employee satisfaction survey process
  • Leads and constantly develops the HR team in line with business needs and offers a high-quality employee and manager experience.
  • Owns and further professionalizes all internal HR-related communications. Develops and communicates the Employer Brand consistently.
  • End responsible for full compliance with (local) regulatortions- and with company requirements as well as with values insofar this relates to HR activities.
  • People management in the assigned functional domain or geographic area as per company directions.
  • Leads-by-example, and role models behaviours and standards and consistently acting as an ambassador of Leads.io values and culture.
  • Being the prime ambassador of our values and acts as the guardian for maintaining a safe working environment in the broadest sense for all staff.
  • Financial/functional KPI’s:
    • Organizational readiness,
    • Speed of integrating strategic acquisitions,
    • Staff engagement levels,
    • Total functional costs,
    • HR strategic roadmap delivery,
    • Churn
    • Other project KPI’s related to productivity (TBD)

Requirements

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Director or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the payroll function and administering employee benefits.
  • Experience working in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in the handling of sensitive information.
