Currently, our People amp; Culture department is currently looking for an entry levelJunior HR / Junior People Ops Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Managing relevant documents, contracts and our HR information system (bambooHR).
- First point of contact on-premises for our team members in our production facility.
- Creating and improving a great work environment for our teams in NL together with our local Leadership and our Regional People amp; Culture services.
- Supporting local and regional People Ops projects and initiatives as part of our Regional People Ops Team Europe.
Requirements
Must have:
- A strong interest in People Operations including contract management, labor law, performance and career development, people growth, perks and benefits - though no prior experience is required.
- A confident personality that appreciates a diverse team and strives to improve processes as well as experiences.
- The ability to work on-site at least 4 days a week.
- Relevant education in regards to people administration, people operations, operational excellence, or labor law is a plus.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, additional language requirements are a plus.
