We are continuously looking for new talent (like you!) to support our mission to drive growth and innovation across some of the world’s leading brand. We are currently seeking a Planning Assistant to strengthen our interpreting division in Amstelveen!
In this role you will be responsible for successfully coordinating interpreting services for our clients and interpreters.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handling interpreting requests from various clients.
- Scheduling interpreting services, taking into account the location, date, and time of the appointment.
- Providing all relevant information to both clients and interpreters to ensure smooth communication.
- Monitoring ongoing assignments and making any last-minute changes as needed.
- Maintaining good relationships with both clients and interpreters to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum MBO graduate.
- Available for 24-32 hours per week.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people from different cultural backgrounds.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to switch gears quickly and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and structured, even under pressure.
- Assertiveness.
- Affinity with planning is a plus
