Key Responsibilities
As a Designer you are part of the Marketing department withinLeads.io. You are responsible for all visual aspects ofLeads.io's online advertisements for the use of lead generation campaigns on different advertising channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Search, Native and Display.
Reporting to your Team Manager, the Designer works closely together with Marketing specialists and other designers in order to achieve revenue and margin targets and to ensure a healthy growth of the Marketing department and company.
Your Monday starts with a good cup of coffee. After that, you will start your week with a kick-off meeting with the team. We decide together what our focus will be and what creative concepts and projects we need to work on.
Other responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of motion graphic and video production, from preproduction to audio/video editing and creating motion graphics.
- Close collaboration with other Designers, Marketers, Strategists and key stakeholders to define and solve problems in line with business outcomes.
- Implements the latest video trends into our products and is responsible for error-free end products.
- Takes the lead internally in structuring and planning the delivery of end products.
- Maintaining the highest quality of deliverables. Setting up quality checks and improving workflows.
- Analysing visual creative results and optimizing designs to achieve the best possible ROl in line with business goals.
- Continuously looks for new opportunities, and explores new tools and out-of-the-box solutions for our business targets.
- Brainstorm visual ideas with other members of the Marketing team.

Requirements
Are we a perfect match?
- You have experience with Adobe After Effects and know your ways in photoshop amp; illustrator.
- You're creative, organised, proactive and have good communication skills (English is our company language)
- You have experience creating videos, creating a set, and working with sound and light equipment
- You continuously look for new tools, out-of-the-box solutions, and design trends
- Experience in marketing, advertising, and/or social media is a plus
