Are you a seasoned project management professional with a passion for tackling complex implementation projects and delivering success over the long haul?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Projects department. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of our complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

At Keylane we implement our software (Axon) at our customers while they still run their day-to-day business. It is like replacing an airplane engine while flying. The complexity lies within managing many different stakeholders (at different levels of the organisation), the strict deadlines and the size of the deliverables.

The Project manager is primarily responsible for implementing our Axon software according to agreed timelines, budget and quality.

You will join our Projects department where another 100 talents work in three different regions. You need to worktogether closely with other departments involved in the project, such asDevOpsand Product Development. You will be reporting to the Delivery Manager and will be part of one of our delivery teams. The Delivery Manager has end responsibility for all theprojects in the cluster.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Axon at our customers;
• Timely and high-quality implementationof Keylane Axon by managingtimelines, budget and customerrequirements;
• Takes ownership of the full financialprocess of the project, the profitability ofthe project and the billability of theemployees working on the project;
• Ownership of internal and externalreporting and guidance on different levels, including preparation ofsteering committees;
• Develop a strategy for projects (together with the DeliveryManager);
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
• Identify potential risks and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies;

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, long-term projects. Insurance knowledge is a plus;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement;
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (both verbally and in writing).

• A monthly gross salary between 6.500,- and 8.300,- based on 40 hours per week (depending on your seniority);
• 8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary;
• A profit share (on average a monthly salary);
• Travel reimbursement (lease, mileage coverage or NS business card);
• 24 holiday days (with the option to buy extra) and 7 inclusion days, which can be exchanged with fixed Dutch national holidays, allowing you to take them when you like;

• A 1-year contract that will be converted, when functioning well, into a permanent contract;
• Flexibility in working environment. As part of a hybrid working team, you will work partly from home and partly from the office. If you work in the office in Utrecht, a free lunch is waiting for you every day. If you work from home, you will receive a working from home allowance (4,- per day) and internet allowance (35,- net per month);
