About your teamYou are part of our Support amp; Release Management department together with many driven and experienced colleagues. This department forms the link between our customers and our product development organization. You work in a team composed of various expertise (pension-related, actuarial, technical) in which you support our Product Development teams, project teams and the customers. You will work in a mixed team, i.e. with the local Dutch, Danish and Indian team, each with their own expertise (pension technical, actuarial, technical).
Key about you- Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Pensions, IT and services industry.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and release management processes.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or JUnit.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a strong dedication to delivering high-quality solutions.
Key about responsibilities- Collaborate with the development team to support the testing and release process of our software solutions.
- Conduct system analysis and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
- Assist clients in understanding and navigating our software platforms, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Continuously monitor the performance and functionality of our software, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage the integration of new features and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation and detailed records of all testing and release activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.
