This new role for a Demand Generation and Operations Specialist based in our Netherlands location will report into our Fashion amp; GA FD amp; General Manager.
Requirements
Role Requirements:
Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns
Work closely with the sales marketing and SVP Finance teams to align efforts and drive revenue
Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts
Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue
Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process
Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools
Understand contract details (prices, milestones, multiyear commitments, etc.)
Platform True-Ups/Discrepancies
Understand deal renewals managing with SVP Finance and CCOO proactively monitoring when invoice dates align for customer activation.
Where customer engagement exists, coordinate directly with Customer Engagement Lead on best approach to gain license validation and ensure correct new license key delivery/access are provided.
Ensure strict process adherence to license keys delivery and validated MSFT license totals for compliance assurance. Manage coordination between Product/Dev team and finance.
Improve compliance process and user insights with MSFT usage.
Monitor invoice dates, gain access to current MSFT licenses via Partner or Partner Centre, and manage discrepancy discussions via guidance/alignment with SVP Finance.
Share weekly numbers update with SVP Finance and CCOO. Ensure sales/partner teams have updated CRM and cross-check CRM/excel pipeline for alignment noting any shifts between fare sat stages.
