The position

InnoFaith believes that Channel Partner Management is about acquiring, onboarding, retaining and growing channel partner relationships that drive sales and revenue. As part of the InnoFaith Channel Management team and as a professional specialist, you will get things done as a facilitator by taking ownership, inspiring partners and following up on mutual plans you have with them. As an integrator, you will ensure strategic alignment with partners. You will ensure that the entire supply chain and processes run seamlessly. As an expert, you are a credible and industry-savvy negotiator who represents and defends both interests.

That of Team InnoFaith and that of the channel partners. You will manage a global portfolio of clients of which the country allocation periodically will be re-discussed with the team to accommodate the best type casting.

Job content

  • You know how to create solid prospect lists. You know how to spot, analyse and identify opportunities and translate them into commercial opportunities;
  • You follow developments in the market and know how to convert this into new opportunities;
  • You are the face at various fairs and networking events relevant to Innofaith and know how to create new opportunities;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects;
  • Manage and update CRM system to keep customer data and sales activities up-to-date.

Position within the organisation

As Channel Partner Manager, you will be part of a team of 4 sales professionals with whom you will work closely and report to the Commercial Director. The location of the organisation is Eindhoven.

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for an experienced and analytical Channel Partner Manager. A result-oriented and committed team player.

Additionally, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in or at least strong affinity with professional beauty a/o cosmeceuticals a/o cosmetic treatment devices;
  • You have proven experience of selling to distributors;
  • Understands and conveys customer value propositions;
  • Likable interpersonal communicator, in English and preferably a second world-language;
  • Organized amp; disciplined;
  • Understands the importance of Information Security awareness and the application of Security Roles Policies and authorizations;
  • You are a solid interlocutor. You know how to conduct a thorough negotiation.
