Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end marketing campaigns, working closely with the sales and marketing team to continue the growth of the organisation. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on digital and social marketing reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Support the marketing team primarily with their demand generation goals through account-based marketing (ABM), partner marketing and events.
- Draft marketing content such as blogs, case studies, customer interviews and event collateral.
- Create compelling creative content, including videos to align to the overall Fashion Portfolio content strategy.
- Manage social media channels including posting and repurposing content, community building, and advocacy program development.
- Responsible for monthly partner newsletters, including writing, creating, and distribution.
- Support and attend events and webinars.
- Maintain and update sales and partner portals and databases (familiarity with Highspot and Allbound a plus).
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and broader go-to-market team to provide marketing support.
Qualifications, Experience amp; Skills
- Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
- Good understanding of digital and social media tools.
- Thorough knowledge of demand generation, high-growth businesses, and ABM.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in using graphic design and video editing tools a plus (InDesign, Wordpress, etc.)
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and platforms in digital marketing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally.
- Results focused and hands-on style to thrive in a fast-paced environment
