We are currently seeking a Support Employee to strengthen our interpreting division in Amstelveen.
As Support Employee at the Contact Center, you are the point of contact for customers, interpreters, and other Acolad departments. They come to you with all their questions, comments, feedback, and complaints. You feel at home in a dynamic service-oriented environment and you thrive on answering questions and solving problems. Additionally, you are responsible for processing and completing interpreter projects and various administrative tasks.
