We are currently seeking a Support Employee to strengthen our interpreting division in Amstelveen.

As Support Employee at the Contact Center, you are the point of contact for customers, interpreters, and other Acolad departments. They come to you with all their questions, comments, feedback, and complaints. You feel at home in a dynamic service-oriented environment and you thrive on answering questions and solving problems. Additionally, you are responsible for processing and completing interpreter projects and various administrative tasks.

Requirements

You are someone who can provide excellent service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and our customer portals. Having frequent customer contact is familiar to you and it energizes you. You enjoy variety (no day is the same) and you handle stressful situations well.
We are looking for someone who:

  • Is available 32-40 hours per week and will work at the office in Amsterdam;
  • Writes and speaks fluent Dutch;
  • Can easily navigate different systems;
  • Enjoys helping clients and interpreters with various issues;
  • Takes responsibility in this role;
  • Enjoys solving problems.
