Job Description: Deskside Support for Fresh Graduates in Accounting Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end users on desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure software applications
  • Set up new user accounts and passwords
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting
