Job Description
Here are no specialty requirements for this job. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 or more years of cooking diploma MBO-3. This means, someone who has basic knowledge of the uses of spices and good knowledge of hygiene, because every kitchen uses very similar kinds of spices. Only the cooking style is different, and because of that, we are also offering full paid training.
However, we are looking for someone who already has knowledge of how to work with fresh ingredients. This means he or she knows the cooking temperature and duration of different vegetables and meats.
Requirements & Skills
Prepare and organize ingredients or Indian recipes, including vegetables, meats, dcondiments. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and high quality.
Cooking: Utilize your expertise in Indian cooking techniques to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, such as curries, biryanis, tandoori dishes, and other regional specialties. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked properly.
Spice and Flavor Adjustment: Adjust spices and »avors according to customer preferences, ensuring consistent taste and quality in every dish.
Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients, utensils, and equipment. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of ingredients, spices, and other kitchen supplies. Report any shortages or needs in a timely manner.
