Restaurant Cook In Lochem Or Appingedam (The Netherlands)

Here are no specialty requirements for this job. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years of kitchen work experience as an assistant cook in any kind of dining restaurant. This means, someone who has basic knowledge of the uses of spices and good knowledge of hygiene, because every kitchen uses very similar kinds of spices. Only the cooking style is different, and because of that, we are also offering full paid training.

However, we are looking for someone who already has knowledge of how to work with fresh ingredients. This means he or she knows the cooking temperature and duration of different vegetables and meats. Please note; such a kind of training cannot be given in 3 months. Nevertheless, if someone works as an assistant cook for a minimum of 2 years, we believe they have already gained this knowledge.
