OceaVia develops and delivers hands-on projects across Europe, bringing together people, technology, and real-world operations. Its work spans environmental initiatives, ocean preservation, logistics, and underwater solutions. The Coordinator will help organize resources and keep project logistics running smoothly, working with internal teams and external suppliers. The position is listed for Amsterdam, Netherlands, with telecommuting selected.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate transportation, deliveries, and the movement of materials and equipment needed for projects.
  • Organize resources and schedules, keeping project teams informed about logistics arrangements and changes.

  • Identify delays or resource gaps, share timely updates, and help coordinate practical solutions.
  • Support collaboration across teams working on environmental, ocean-preservation, and underwater initiatives.
This role suits an organized, proactive coordinator who can manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and follow operational details through to completion. The successful candidate will contribute to reliable project delivery across a varied portfolio of European initiatives.

  • Confident supplier follow-up, including confirming availability, requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Accurate record keeping and attention to detail when maintaining orders, resource lists, and logistics updates.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify delays, communicate risks, and help arrange workable alternatives.
  • Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, calendars, and common digital coordination tools.
  • Ability to prioritize changing needs and collaborate with teams delivering operational projects.
