We are looking for 4 motivated Independent Working Chefs I.

The role

Job description and tasks

• Prepare ingredients for dishes and assess the quality of products and ingredients.
• Apply basic cooking techniques and prepare and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Carry out preparatory work, including cutting and mixing, and perform intermediate quality controls.
• Be responsible for inventory and order management, and keep the kitchen and equipment clean.
• Professionally supervise assistants and provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu card, and methods.
• Contribute ideas for recipes, menu updates, and more efficient processes.
• Supervise compliance with regulations and the work of assistants.
