Position Summary
Handle Logistic claim from Samsung Electronics customers. Validation on Claim process within the processes and procedures for efficient claim settlement. In this position you will be responsible for the logistics claims handling of Samsung (sales) subsidiaries in Europe.
Role and Responsibilities
Tasks & responsibilities:
Receive information and documentation from Logistic service provider and validate claim ;
Resolve Logistic claim towards Samsung Electronics customer
Hold logistic service provider liable for the claim;
Inform insurance companies regarding new claims;
Follow progress in the claim process to receive compensation from logistics service provider and/or insurance company;
Verify if all related processes and tasks are finalized.
Sense and report possible claim trend;
Escalate substantial claims to Head of Department;
Report problem areaβs to Head of Department;

English in speaking and writing (level B2)
Experience with logistic processes
