The RPM SCM Coordinator is part of the RPM Display (Regional Product Management) department located in Delft. This role supports multiple sales subsidiaries in their supply of display products distributed from the Centralized Warehouses located in Tilburg (NL) & Slovakia (SK).
Role and Responsibilities
Key activities of the RPM SCM Coordinator are:
Sales Support
Act as an intermediary for subsidiaries, production sites and HQ with regards to PSI and allocation management
Act as an intermediary for subsidiaries (and any other possible relevant parties) regarding any SCM related questions or requests (order & delivery status, track and trace, pricing, allocation, new products, logistics enquiries, configurations, special shipments, stock availability etc.)
Daily processing of sales orders and analyzing the weekly progress
Reporting and improvement
Analyze data and setup relevant reports in order to manage responsibilities and inform management;
Analyze forecasts, orders and relevant data in order to create improvements to processes and procedures.
Analyze on time delivery performance and outbound lead time from factory and propose innovations/improvements
Analyze the expected monthly aging and propose innovations/improvements to reduce the aging and stock levels
Projects and Process innovation
Propose process improvements and implement approved proposals in order to increase efficiency/effectiveness/ process quality
Coordinate and execute improvement projects in order to enhance value added activities, procedures and systems
Analyze and review direct shipment opportunities and propose innovative improvements to increase these
Change management
Guide and drive sales subsidiaries with newly implemented project or processes, monitor progress on regular basis and report to head of department
Frequent communication with sales subsidiaries SCM members in order to achieve given target or projects to be completed within timeline
Skills and Qualifications
For this role we are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and communication skills. This position requires fluency in the English language. Our candidate is a flexible problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality that is able to work in teams.

A Bachelor/Master degree in Supply Chain
Fluent in English
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Max. 2-4 years working experience
Excellent MS Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems is preferred
