Job Description

We are looking for high energy self starters to provide exceptional user support and service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. This individual will troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, email and other channels
  • Diagnose and resolve simple technical software issues
  • Research questions using available information and resources
  • Advise users on appropriate action
  • Follow standard customer support procedures
  • Log all customer support interactions
  • Administer customer support software
  • Redirect problems to correct resource
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • Inform management of recurring problems 
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Required to be in Leiden, Netherlands office

REQUIREMENTS

  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software
  • Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  • Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
  • Oral and written communication skills
