Your Mission:You will own and manage the fast-growing Velocity business across the region driving the new chapter of our amazing journey. As EMEA Velocity Senior Manager Sales Operations, you will play an instrumental role within the Sales organization and oversee a mix of sales operations, business development and transformational growth.This is what you'll do at UiPath:
Analyze the health of the business by interpreting key performance metrics and present recommendations to senior leadership. Drive root cause analysis and recovery strategies.
Identify opportunities to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across the Velocity Sales organization in EMEA which includes both Inside Sales and Sales Development Teams.
Support Velocity Sales team with planning and operational requests e.g. annual planning, monthly and quarterly business reviews, target setting, sales coverage, territory assignment, headcount planning etc.
Manage Salesforce data, including uploading customer information/territory information, etc. and ensuring all data uploaded is clean, accurate and complete at all times.
Implement and maintain enterprise-class Salesforce environments.
Ability to synthesize big data into strategic and actionable insights.
Conduct and provide analysis of Velocity Sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
Design, document and implement specific initiatives to improve data hygiene and security, improve sales team throughout and efficiency.
Monitor lead flow and optimize it by working in sync with various stakeholders.
Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Tech Stack, Product etc.) to drive strategic initiatives.
This is what you’ll bring to our team:
Significant work experience in Sales Operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales teams and significant amount of data.
Solid problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations.
Strong understanding of the E2E funnel across the entire lead generation amp; qualification process
Team player: highly collaborative style with strong networking and communication skills across business functions
High energy, autonomy and resilience with a get it done attitude.
Strong working experience with Salesforce required.
Strong project management, planning and organization skills.
Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly growing enterprise strongly preferred.
