Overview

The Growth Manager will be responsible for the overall lead generation and acquisition process of riders. This role is responsible for managing the rider acquisition process and creating streamlined processes that can scale. The Growth Manager will partner with the planning and performance manager to ensure rider hiring and onboarding meet or exceed the needs of the business.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the acquisition process and funnel for Riders including marketing funnels, lead generation
  • Implement and streamline processes to remove bottlenecks in acquisition funnel
  • Work with regional operations and warehouse leads to anticipate spikes in demand, and implement plans to ensure sufficient, on-demand Rider supply
  • Innovate and execute on unique, out-of-the-box, yet, data driven decisions for strategies for Rider acquisition
  • Research and analyze financial and operational metrics and drive improvements aligning with the long range financial plan
  • Understanding, explaining, and promoting the value and unique benefits of partnering with Gorillas over similar platforms

Requirements

Your profile:

  • 4+ years of growth management experience or other high volume independent contractor acquisition experience, and/or high-growth start-up experience is necessary.
  • Knowledge of how to build marketing funnels that generate a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at once and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable building structure and process into unstructured environments
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Strong customer service and vendor relationship building skills
  • Ability to shift between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
  • Experience collaborating with direct and cross-departmental teams
  • Ability to thrive in fast growing, fast paced environment, which requires partnering with the team while completing tasks
  • Professional level English communication
