We’re looking for a talented new team member to join our Operations department. This team is responsible for ensuring a seamless delivery service is provided from start to finish. With an in-depth understanding of the bigger picture, you will have the responsibility of ensuring that the rider experience is optimal, consistent and satisfactory. Whether it is by arranging an entertainment event, tracking the level of satisfaction of our fleet or building partnerships across different verticals, your North star will have to be ensuring incremental improvement in the way our riders interact with us and among themselves, with the ultimate goal of creating a strong community of Gorillas riders. Your Responsibilities
- Localizing and adapting the global rider engagement strategy
- Translating the strategy into actionable plans with objectives and measures
- Owning projects based on these objectives and measures
- Understanding and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data
- Proposing and reviewing campaigns and initiatives, both proactive and reactive
- Getting the best out of the specialists in your team and elsewhere in the business
- Leading creative discussions and projects to decide on campaigns and initiatives
- Supporting with content creation, rewards programmes and comms amp; content
- Working with the central HQ team to make the most of the engagement strategy
- Reporting on progress to senior stakeholders across the business
- Understand and represent feedback from riders in decisions across the business
- Building and owning Riders’ partnerships network, working tightly with internal teams at our Berlin HQ and across our international market
Requirements
- Degree from a university in a related field
- Min. 1-2 years of work experience in a fast paced environment
- Experience of working with complex teams and people from a variety of backgrounds / nationalities.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to execute plans with speed and efficiency.
- Driven and confident personality, who can keep a cool head in a crisis and approach problems creatively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint, or Google equivalents, and a keen eye for data. Previous experience with analytics tools (Tableau, Looker or equivalent) a bon
