Job Description

As a Sales Support Employee at OnLogic you assist the Sales and Operations Teams with administrative duties. You put your customer service and administrative support skills to work as you engage with internal teams and our customers as part of our sales and operations processes.

This is how you approach your day. You:

  • prepare project planning materials including quotes, proposals and other customer facing documentation.
  • assist with order processing and you monitor progress of orders and projects throughout the sales and operations cycle consistent with customer and company expectations.
  • work effectively with OnLogic’s technical, business, and procurement decision makers.
  • coordinate activities and serve as liaison between Sales amp; Ops Teams, Engineering, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams.
  • interface with customers via email and phone to relay order updates, request information or to coordinate meetings as necessary.
  • coordinate office management duties together with the Office Manager.

Who we are looking for:

As a Sales Support Employee in our office in Oosterhout (NB) in the Netherlands you enjoy working on administrative tasks and processes and on supporting the Sales and Operations teams. You are a team player who is detail oriented and precise.

This is you!

  • Bachelor's degree in commercials or economics, or prior administrative support experience, or work in a technical environment.
  • You speak and write Dutch amp; English fluently (level C2/C1). German language skills are a plus.
  • You thrive in a fast paced work environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a high quality of work and attention to detail.
  • You learn new processes quickly and efficiently and enjoy identifying possible process improvements.
  • You are an entrepreneurial minded individual with a strong drive and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business.
  • You enjoy speaking with customers on the phone and you have a professional and upbeat telephone voice.
