Viva Wallet is the first European payment fintech disruptor entirely cloud based over Microsoft Azure since 2010, now located in 23 EU countries. We devote ourselves to create a wonderful easier experience to businesses of all sizes, innovative acquiring and issuing services through terminals, Viva Wallet POS app and payment gateways for online stores.?Furthermore, we offer business accounts with local IBAN and a business Viva Wallet Mastercard.

Within our e-commerce services expansion, we would like to add?to our team in?Belgium Lead Generator Specialist who will be responsible for making outbound calls/conferences from inbound leads and from online tools (Linkedin, etc.) within the BeNeLux area. He/She will be responsible to research these potential new leads, to approach the potential clients, to ask for an introduction conference and make digital presentations, to update our records in the CRM. He/She will tend to maximize the potential from each conference call, tend to convert them into qualified conference call appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for searching new clients from all over the internet and making outbound calls from the contacts found
  • To be responsible for searching new clients from all over the internet and making outbounds calls from the contacts found via online tools, existing customers and inbounds leads.
  • To be responsible to inform and make introduction conference and digital presentations to these potential clients about our products or services by using our scripts;
  • To answer to their questions about products or the company and resolve client’s problems;
  • To act as an ambassador for the business and promote Viva’s services and products;
  • To ask questions in order to understand customer requirements and close sales;
  • To be proactive in identifying opportunities from new business, to share potential leads to the Business Development team and to convert the calls into appointments for them;
  • To enter and maintain up to date client information into the company database and keep records relevant data from calls and sales;
  • To ensure guest satisfaction;
  • To build a long-term relationship with clients and deal with them in a professional manner;
  • To warranty the quality of our service in a prompt, polite and professional standards manner;

Requirements

Our future colleague needs to meet the following conditions:

  • Previous B2B télé/ lead sales experience ;
  • Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure;
  • Very good verbal and written skills;
  • A positive approach to objection handling;
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software), social networking (Linkedin) and telephone systems;
  • Excellent level in Dutch with a good knowledge of English;
