Job description

Our growing team works with some of the biggest brands and retailers in the world and we’re looking for an experienced, energetic, self-starting and pro-active Enterprise Account Executive to help us growh the EMEA business.

This position is at the front line of the sales team and the region will be EMEA. Your BDR will be your partner to spot new opportunities and to close deals with Fortune 500 brands. You know your way in the boardroom and can be a trusted advisor regarding digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Business development regular pitching of Hatch’s solutions and services to pre-qualified and engaged prospects
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Develop own opportunities through events or networking
  • Actively manage the Hatch sales pipeline and report progress to management
  • Meet core KPI's around pipeline coverage progression, meetings and general activity
  • Collaborate internally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to optimize Hatch sales efforts
  • Understanding customers’ diverse and specific business needs and applying Hatch product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Present the Hatch Where to Buy solution with passion and energy to senior stakeholders and their partners. This includes articulating the comprehensive brand and retailer benefits that come from using the platform, conversion capabilities, leads and sales analytics and insights.
  • Contribute to Hatch sales collateral and help develop re-usable collateral for sales engagement

Requirements

  • A finished degree (bachelor and/or master) in business studies
  • 3 - 10 Years of international sales experience with a MarTech/SaaS company
  • You speak fluent English. Any other European Business language is considered a plus
  • You feel confident speaking to C-Level executives
  • A very consultative approach to selling must be a good listener
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Able to confidently navigate a complex selling environment
  • Must enjoy and understand the world of brands, retailers, their agencies and overall marketing challenges and capabilities understanding of SEO, SEM, display, retargeting, campaigns, etc and where Hatch’s technology plays its part in the marketing technology stack
  • Your brain gets excited about solving client challenges
  • You love working with international clients
