Position
The IS Business Relationship Manager (ISBRM) has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface to the business for the purpose of business technology strategy development, service management, risk management, and relationship management. The ISBRM serves as the business relationship link with dual reporting responsibilities to the CIO and the FAamp;IT Director EMEA. The ISBRM provides highly valued strategic consulting level support and guidance through key IS initiatives.
The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a key liaison across functional departments in the business unit to develop requirements and roadmaps for information systems which align with business unit strategy and goals and to manage relationships with business unit leadership team, IS and vendors to identify potential solutions for the business requirements.
