Job description

We are looking for an HR/ Talent Manager who will be the cement between the company departments. The core focus of this position is the development of employees within the company and employee satisfaction. Also, creating career ladders, determining specific training, and maintaining a good company culture are part of the job.

The role also includes advising on various HR/Payroll topics based on desk research or involving third parties. Other topics could be checking on compliances with Dutch law concerning HR/Payroll issues, managing general as well as specific HR policies, manage contract renewals, and be an internal advisor to hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating career ladders, organizing general and skills development training
  • Engage employees in different ways to maintain a good company culture
  • Improve training environment or other projects that could help the company scale-up
  • Support new hires with onboarding
  • Organize company field trips or extra performance-based rewards
  • Coordinate contracts, visa applications and 30% ruling
  • Collect and document monthly payroll changes
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment when necessary

Requirements

  • A finished relevant bachelor or master degree
  • Minimum 5 years of HR and talent management experience
  • Good understanding of HR policies
  • Track-record of talent development
  • Enjoy working in a matrix amp; scale-up organization
  • Proactive and not afraid to take accountability
  • Recruitment experience is a plus
  • Like to work in an international environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in Dutch and English is required
