In september 2020 we acquired a Swedish based company called Buzzador. Buzzador was founded in 2005. It is a company that works to create buzz about products in social media and get consumers to write honest reviews about products on selected websites.
The roleWithin our International Sales Team, we are gaining, scaling and maintaining customers for the Stars and Stories group worldwide. The Sales team is divided in three verticals: The Scale-, Hunt- and Giants-Vertical. Both For the Scaling- amp; Hunt-vertical, which are focussed on scaling up existing customers amp; hunting for new customers fitting the desired profile, we are looking for Customer Succes Manager(s) to enlarge our customer satisfaction and be able to cross and up-sell our service portfolio.
The Customer Success Manager we are looking for is able to manage and satisfy our global customers base. We need an entrepreneurial, commercial spirit who is able to translate data insights into up or cross-sell possibilities. One of the most exciting parts is strategically approaching our (current) customers base to achieve a global presence for all our services.
