MediaMonks is looking for a Senior Transcreation Manager to join our ever-growing ADAPT team in Hilversum. In this client-facing role, you will oversee a variety of transcreation, translation and voiceover projects, serving as primary contact between language service providers, linguists, recording studios and international clients across various time zones. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities to create impactful work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage a variety of transcreation, translation and voiceover projectsliaising with clients, recording studios, linguists and internal teams.
- Support the Transcreation Lead with large-scale projects account-specific finance, reporting, billing and training
- Take on new accounts, sharing ownership with other Project Managers at times but working as the main point of contact for those accounts.
- Be accountable for project budget, status, client relationships, and ensure quality and service always meet expectations and delivered according to the agreed timeline to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identifying new strategies, approaches and workflows for your accounts for continued improvement, adopting and optimizing existing processes to continuously improve quality, speed and cost-efficiency.
- Manage invoices and address any issues/delays in payments.
- Administer order, review amp; delivery processes in CAT tooling and JIRA.
Ultimately, the role requires transcreation know-how combined with common sense, and the motivation to participate and thrive in a team environment where many things can happen all at once.

Requirements
- +3 years of experience in Project Management for large-scale projects and international clients.
- Hands-on knowledge of transcreation and (ideally) voiceover workflows in terms of processes, best practices, quality and usage across all types of content.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 3year college or university.
- Experience with localization of marketing campaigns for web and print.
- Good communication skills, including customer management.
- Good at multitasking, able to manage multiple projects/deadlines efficiently.
- Commercial acumen managing estimations, negotiations and budget tracking.
- Experience with onboarding and training new talent.

- Knowledge of multiple languages.
- Being tech-savvy.
