Business Analyst Ecommerce to join our team.

Are you a Business Analyst with the enquiring mind and persuasion power to unravel what a customer truly needs? Then you are the person we want to have in our team! As our new Ecommerce Business Analyst, you have a unique position in a multi-disciplinary team that create digital solutions for a vast array of international top-notch clients.

What are you going to do?

  • You are key responsible for the customer success in e-commerce implementations.
  • You are the linking pin between customer needs and technical options and possibilities. You have an advisory role and guide customer towards an approach that best fits their needs.
  • You are excellent in organising and leading workshops and product demos with your customers to get clarity what they want and explain them the (im)possibilities of the current state of art of technology and explain their IT professionals how e-commerce systems really operate.
  • You translate business and technical requirements into user stories for SCRUM teams and will guide your customers in finding the best solutions for their challenges.
  • You guarantee that the SCRUM teams can enjoy a full backlog, so they don’t become bored.

Requirements

Do you have the enquiring mind and persuasion power to unravel what a customer truly needs, then you should fit this profile:

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce (must).
  • Graduated on HBO level or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Information Management or comparable fields of knowledge.
  • Very well-developed English language skills. Dutch is a nice to have, though not mandatory.
  • Knowledge in ecommerce platforms like Intershop, SAP Hybris, IBM WCS, Magento or CommerceTools.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
  • Experience in Confluence or JIRA is a prerequisite;
  • Prepared to travel abroad to work at customers premises;
  • Reside in The Netherlands;
  • Vacancy not open for Blue Card holders or other work permit holders;
  • A good sense of enthusiasm and proactive thinking.
