Job Description

The Accreditation and Member Services Manager conveys the value of AACSB accreditation and member services to business schools worldwide and assists schools with their continuous development and achievement of overall high quality. This role has a focus on schools in the Asia Pacific (AP) and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.

The position is best suited for candidates who enjoy recruiting and building successful member relationships and have strong analytical and writing skills most beneficial for accreditation related work. The ideal candidate will be interested in being part of a multi-cultural team and interacting with members from many different backgrounds.


Core Responsibilities

  • Actively supports the recruiting and engagement with new educational and business members in the two regions.
  • Represents AACSB and maintains a deep understanding of the higher education situation and developments in assigned geographical areas.
  • Develops and supports strategies for member schools around the world to ensure quality throughout the accreditation process.
  • Reviews and analyzes accreditation eligibility applications and school documentation.
  • Supports school work during initial and continuous improvement review accreditation processes.
  • Serves as a resource for accreditation committee members in preparation of and during committee meetings.
  • Actively participates in industry related activities, and promotes AACSB accreditation and member services at events, workshops, conferences, etc.
  • Acts as a liaison, building and sustaining relationships with business schools, universities, higher education councils and/or Ministries.
  • Provides staff support for regional advisory councils.
  • Participates occasionally in co-delivering AACSB seminars and/or workshops.
  • Requirements

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications applicable to position
    • Proficiency in English language
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
    • Five (5) years of related experience
    • Ability to travel internationally

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
    • Eight (8) years of related experience
    • Written and spoken fluency in German, Russian or Turkish
