Zencargo is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (ideally with Dutch language skills) who wants to join one of Europe’s most exciting startups and be at the forefront of disrupting industry.

Our primary product, and what you’ll be spending most of your time on, is our digital freight forwarding platform. This gives our customers visibility into where their shipments are, and allows us to collaborate directly with them away from the morass of emails and spreadsheets.

What you’ll be doing:

You will specifically cover the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg); using your language skills to:

  • Become a strategic partner to our sales team in order to execute our go-to-market strategy
  • You will work to test sales messaging, adapt and refine our value proposition to suit this region. Including but not limited to translating scripts and sequences.
  • Drive quality outbound engagement with potential clients every single day (calls, emails, video, social, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Lead rigorous research as you identify key decision-makers and reach out with deeply-personalised, and attention-grabbing message.
  • Grow far beyond the standard SDR role by being involved in projects to help scale the Benelux region.
  • Leverage Zencargo’s powerful network of company founders, executives, and industry leaders to establish connections to new customer accounts
  • Master our CRM system (HubSpot) to analyse your own performance through activity and metrics
  • Collaborate extensively across the team and serve as a liaison between sales, customer success, and product

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 1 year experience in outbound prospecting specifically into the Benelux market
  • You value communication and personalised outreach and have a strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
