The Team:The Marketplace is at the heart of the Mendix developer community. This is where our Makers can find, use and share components. Our team is responsible for the development and operation of the Marketplace and managing the large number of components on-boarded from our user community and growing ecosystem.
The Position: Senior C# Developer:The in-Studio-Pro Marketplace is an essential part of the Mendix Studio Pro IDE. Here the Makers can discover and download to their projects components published on the Mendix Marketplace. The Senior C# developer will be responsible for pioneering the revamp and extensibility work of the in-IDE Marketplace experience. In addition to being hands-on the developer will also work closely with the Studio Pro and Marketplace teams and play a key role in determining the technical directions. You’ll help drive digital innovation by:

Working on improving and enhancing the in-Studio-Pro marketplace experienceWorking on features that will make the usage of marketplace components easier for Mendix developers About you:
- You are highly skilled with C#
- You like learning new things and techniques, you pick up new languages and technologies based on a tasks at hand
- You are familiar with basic concepts of computer science, data structures and algorithms
- And excited by the challenge of complex technical problems
- You enjoy solving problems together, getting involved in team’s rituals and celebrating successes
- Ideally you also have experience in building high quality software, building desktop applications and cross-platform tools
