This position will oversee the operational aspects of several ongoing projects to design, execute, and maintain the client’s electrical SCADA system. The candidate will serve as the main POC for contractors and liaison between the local OSI team, remote offices, and client management. Specific on-the-job training will be provided.
- Coordinate daily operations of the project implementation plans with the local team.
- Ensure that projects are properly scheduled, approved and documented.
- Maintain or establish partnerships and alliances with customers, vendors and contractors.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder/client meetings, as needed.
- Assist project managers with updating project schedules, priorities and resources across the site.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure the required processes are being followed.
- Assist in modifying / creating new Project Management Office processes for project deliveries.
- Generate and manage invoicing for customer projects.
Requirements
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years progressive project coordinator experience.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously while keeping tasks organized and on track.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Maintain a positive approach to daily interactions with all stakeholders.
Preferred
- Prior electrical or SCADA experience.
