We are looking for an Operations Recruitment Associate to join our fast-growing team to own the full-cycle hub recruitment, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and coordinating the onboarding of new employees. You will be hiring and training hundreds of employees so be ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Ultimately, you will help secure a great workforce for Zapp NL as well as ensuring a smooth hiring experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain and Global Supply Chain teams to develop recruiting strategies and create innovative ways to source candidates for our warehouses
  • Build and manage a data driven model to ensure warehouse candidate supply
  • Build and manage operational processes and adapt to local legislation
  • Manage the full cycle hub recruitment, including but not limited to:
    • Source prospective candidates
    • Screen and interview for capability and experience
    • Contract prospective candidates
    • Schedule onboarding sessions and ensuring sessions are all filled
    • Support orientations
  • Assist with administrative functions for local leads, such as ensuring that new hire processes and documentations are completed
  • Roll-out and optimise the onboarding process such as compliance and background checks
  • Support the new hires with their questions during the first few weeks (eg. first week questions regarding payroll)

Requirements

  • Preferably; 2 years experience in supply planning and (mass) recruiting, people operations or relevant field
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as fountain
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized to track all candidates and provide an overview at all times
  • Proficiency with excel/office/google docs is essential
  • Tech and media savviness
  • Excellent Dutch speaking and writing proficiency is required
  • Comfortable in a highly ambiguous environment, able to take responsibility from day one
