We are now looking for a Product Manager Merchant Facing to join us with this mission.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced product manager to work on our Merchant facing interfaces (Apps, Merchant Interfacing, API’s). Here they spend their precious time to distil insights from data, follow up on individual transactions or payments, and manage their day-to-day. These interfaces need to be quick, insightful and to the point.
In this role you will be working closely with our Design and Development teams to deliver on features and products, from idea to roll-out and beyond. Focus on quality and schedule. We expect you to be in charge of planning, writing user stories, stakeholder management and roll out. Be engaged throughout the teams and company.
- Drive OKR’s and own the accountability
- Engage with everyone from senior management to customer operations
- Engage outside of our organization with your number 1 client, the customer or the market.
- Be able to distil actual requirements from wishes and set priority based on adoption
and commercial goals
- provide vision and direction
- work with other product managers on cross-team initiatives
- Be able to identify dependencies throughout the product development chain
- Analytical approach to data, extract new learning and being able to prioritize on impact
Requirements
What do you bring
- 5+ years experience in product management
- solid understanding of tech and development
- critical mindset
- collaboration with design and development teams is second nature, as is agility
- removing barriers and overcoming challenges is rewarding to you
- clear and transparent communication
- you thrive in an International setting, working across teams throughout Europe
- Experience with B2B product development is a major plus
