Stars and Stories is an award-winning tech platform delivering authentic online reviews for the biggest brands. In September 2020 we acquired a Swedish based company called Buzzador. Buzzador was founded in 2005. It is a company that works to create buzz about products on social media and get consumers to write honest reviews about products on selected websites.
In this internship, you are supporting the HR manager with administrative and operational tasks for the Stars and Stories group. You will work in an international environment and support on tasks e.g.: legal documents, policies and procedures, supporting (internal) employees, support the full recruitment cycle.
A perfect opportunity to learn a lot in human resources in general. You will receive a lot of freedom to execute your tasks independently. On the other hand, you will work closely together with the HR manager and other stakeholders on several projects and HR tasks.
ResponsibilitiesExecute administrative tasks such as legal documents, salary administration, policies and procedures;
Support the (internal) employees with answering general HR questions;
Pro-actively contribute in HR projects topics include: Learning and Development and Compensation and Benefits;
Supportive role in organizing activities to create a healthy and fun work culture (across multiple countries);
Supportive role in the full recruitment cycle through our topgrading recruitment method;
Supportive role in updating HR related content e.g. job descriptions, training material, policies and procedures.
