Stars and Stories is rapidly growing! Therefore we are looking for a commercial driven recruiter who wants to take part in our on-going hiring process of Digital natives in a commercial, tech or data driven field.
The purpose of this role is to execute our recruitment method and full recruitment cycle successfully. Successful means hiring and pre-board new employees on a constant basis.
In this role you will work in a target driven way to support our growth strategy. You are responsible for creating valuable candidate pipelines and support the whole recruitment process in a dedicated and sparkling way.
You are proactively approaching candidates or applicants. You screen them in a systematic and secure an optimal candidate experience.
Next to supporting the full cycle, you have a proactive attitude which leads to process, advertisement and employer branding improvements.
You are responsible for creating a valuable candidate pipeline;
You are responsible for executing our recruitment method and support the full recruitment cycle;
You are responsible for building valuable relationships with (potential) new employees;
You have the ability to enthusiasm candidates about the Stars and Stories group and our employer value proposition;
You are pro-actively contributing in recruitment projects e.g. optimize processes or initiate creative ideas to expand the influx of candidates and improve our employer brand in general.
