Requirement Title: Conference and Event / Creative Media Project Assistant

• Provide information and training sessions to CMCS staff on Agency tools related to process and resource management
• Liaising with COO and NES staff to include NES services as a part-billable service provider in Agency catalogue, including financial construct.

Requirements

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• Knowledge of NATO Agency tools related to Process Management and Resources Management such as EPM, JIRA
• Experience dealing with COO processes and procedures and service catalogue
• Sound experience with Microsoft Office applications;
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
• Ability to express oneself clearly both orally and in writing.
• Prior experience of working in international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT
