Employee Experience Partner - People Team (Amsterdam)

This is a truly exciting role for an experienced Employee Experience Partner to join us on an incredibly exciting journey to become the global leader in on-demand retail.

At Gorillas we are on a mission to redefine convenience retail. With our ten-minute grocery deliveries, we are disrupting the supermarket space, one of the biggest markets still in the hands of traditional players. We are rapidly growing and are currently building an outstanding team with experienced people across all domains and backgrounds. We are currently looking for Employee Experience Partners, who partners with the employees of a dedicated business division to build out strong relations and create an inclusive employee community by creating a seamless employee journey and culture where all Gorillas can be their authentic selves.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted amp; known Partner for Employees across your dedicated business (go-to person).
  • Designing employee experience frameworks to ensure an exciting Employee Journey with clear moments of celebration amp; care
  • Global responsibility for preparation, conduction, analysis amp; follow up of Engagement Survey
  • Create amp; deliver the Employee Development journey
  • Drive a culture of safe feedback and speaking up, through initiatives including (but not limited to: feedback training, speaking up guidelines etc..)
  • Drive positive Company Culture amp; inclusive work environment through initiating key cultural projects
  • Create proactive approaches to well-being in the organisation in order to drive physical and mental well-being
  • Assess the impact that people practices and policies have on the employee experience

Requirements

  • You have experience as an HR generalist or employee experience in a fast-growing organization
  • You have a mix of strong communications and analytical skills that allow you to approach tricky situations objectively and with a high level of empathy
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, and you can use sound judgement to drive complex issues to resolution and influence to achieve results.
  • You have a collaborative approach and the ability to partner cross-functionality
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapid-changing environment by prioritising situations that require a sense of urgency
