Our Operations Department provides operational support to our riders amp; everyone on shift in the warehouse, and to undertake all scheduled operational duties as required. The Ops teams focus on the very core of our business which is responsible for our 10 minute deliveries. This role will provide significant operational knowledge and in-depth knowledge to the local teams to ensure successful performance and excelled customer and client experience in the final mile.
As our Regional Head you will be our key player to ensure that the heart of our Organisation (Operations amp; Riders) operates efficiently and smoothly, by leading and overseeing operations in your region.
What you will be building with us:
- Plan amp; Execute with our Rider team the Last mile logistics and Riders
- Plan amp; execute with the Rider team our Rider Acquisition
- Lead and build the operations strategy for your region together with the Country Management Team and our Central Operations Team
- Improve and lead Warehouse Operations in your region
- Work with our City Operations Manager to manage Rider Captains and Rider Operations
- Ensure as a strategic player that we hit our 10 mins delivery
- Ensure that the daily rider ops run smoothly in the region you will be in charge of
- Push for higher rider utilisation of hundreds of riders
Requirements
- You are a great communicator and expert in stakeholder management on various levels
- You have gained 2-4 years of experience in leadership
- You are a data driven player with great skills in Excel (SQL etc. etc is a huge plus)
- You always question the status quo and love to hunt for process improvements
- You are familiar with Dutch compliances
- You have experience in an operations savvy and super fast growing organization - experience in retail is a strong plus
- You are fluent in English, fluency in Dutch is strongly preferred as well
